Temporary & Contract Placements
Our temporary employees possess varying levels of experience and expertise and are available on short notice. Based upon the requirements of your temporary position, we will assign one of our experienced insurance employees to assist your staff. We will pay our employee's compensation, withhold and pay their applicable state and federal taxes. At our expense, we provide worker's compensation coverage, general liability, and professional liability coverage for our employee while they are on assignment with your company.
Temporary to Direct Hire Placements
After engaging our temporary employee for a period of 480 hours, you may hire the individual with no direct hire placement fees due. You also have the option of converting the employee from temporary status to your permanent hire status prior to the completion of the 480 hours. In this instance, a prorated conversion fee applies.
Catastrophe Team We provide experienced inside claims adjusters to work in Catastrophe Centers nationwide. Our team of professionals are free to travel and are employees of our firm and are NOT paid as independent contractors on a 1099. Because they are our employees, we provide workers compensation coverage, professional liability, fidelity bond coverage and general liability coverage which provides protection for our clients, our employees and our firm. Direct Hire Placements

Payrolling
If your organization recruits an individual for employment and would like the opportunity to observe their job performance prior to making an offer of permanent employment, we can provide payrolling services for you. The employee will be provided with all of our insurance coverages and benefits. The individual may be converted from temporary staff to your company's staff at any time and with no conversion fees.
Special Project Temporary Office Facilities
Western International Staff can provide your operation with temporary or emergency office space and services for over three hundred locations worldwide. These services include telephone and computer networks, clerical support and other associated administrative assistance. Our current clients typically utilize this product for CAT Loss situations, auditing and office openings or relocations.
